Panti Asuhan Parapattan didirikan pada tanggal 17 Oktober 1832 oleh seorang pendeta Inggris bernama Reverend Walter Henry Malhurst.

The Parapattan Orphanage was established on October 17, 1832 by Anglican missionary Reverend Walter Henry Malhurst. The Parapattan Orphanage provides particularly for young Christian orphans, and for underprivileged children in general who desperately need accommodation, care, and mental and spiritual guidance. A long standing core of the Orphanage has been the belief that God can reach us all through the power of music.
